Solar Electric Systems for 4 Low-Income Members of the Wiyot Tribe

The Wiyot Tribe will install approximately 16 kilowatts of solar PV for four low-income members of the Table Bluff Reservation (TBR).

With a total of 16 kilowatts of solar installed, the project will generate close to $120,000 in cost savings for low-income tribal members and prevent the emission of 228 tons of greenhouse gasses.

Additionally, the project will provide an estimated 60+ hours of hands on solar training for tribal members, allowing for Wiyot members to take an active part in helping transition to clean energy, and providing valuable skills training for green job seekers.
