Oglala Omaste 2020 will install 54.5kW of solar on four HUD-Veterans Assistance low-rent units, one Rural Innovation low-rent unit, and two large arrays on the roof of the Johnson Holy Rock Administration Building (headquarters of Oglala Sioux Lakota Housing).
