The Sherwood Valley Band of Pomo Indians (SVBPI) will install 15kW for 6 tribal residential solar systems and 85kW of battery storage for low-income tribal members.
The project will include up to 300 hours of hands-on skills training for job seekers. tribal members rely upon generators and/or propane as their source of energy. Each system will save the residence approx. $62,640 in projected energy cost savings over the solar system’s lifetime.
